BINDING AGREEMENT: These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "You," or "Your") and Donna Roggio LLC ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"). By accessing, registering for, or using the Money Mastery System ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE SERVICE.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using Money Mastery, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by:

All applicable laws and regulations

1.2 Eligibility

To use Money Mastery, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
Possess a valid Google Workspace account
Reside in a jurisdiction where use of the Service is lawful
Not be prohibited from using the Service under any applicable law

1.3 Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. We will notify you of material changes via email, in-app notification, or website notice.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Money Mastery is a cloud-based financial management platform built on Google Apps Script that provides transaction tracking, bank account integration via Plaid, financial analytics, Clarity AI coaching, document management, automated backups, and a dashboard interface.

3. USER ACCOUNTS AND REGISTRATION

You are solely responsible for credential protection, unauthorized access monitoring, and device security. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms.

4. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS AND PRICING

CRITICAL: All Money Mastery licenses expire on December 31 of the purchase year, regardless of purchase date. There are no prorated refunds.

4.1 Auto-Renewal Policy

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL: All Money Mastery plans (Self-Starter, Momentum, and Fierce Financials) are set to auto-renew annually to ensure uninterrupted access to your financial tracking system.

Renewal Date: Your plan will automatically renew on the anniversary of your original purchase date.
Cancellation: To cancel auto-renewal, you must notify us at least 30 days before your renewal date by emailing support@risingandthriving.com.
Price Changes: We will notify you of any price changes at least 30 days before your renewal date.
Data Access: After cancellation, you retain access to your Money Mastery spreadsheet data in Google Sheets, but active features and support will be discontinued.

5. REFUND POLICY

NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. All payments for Money Mastery, Group Support Calls, The Collective, and Fierce Financials are 100% non-refundable.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Money Mastery and all related components are the exclusive property of Donna Roggio LLC. You are granted a limited license to use the service but are strictly prohibited from copying, reverse engineering, modifying, redistributing, or using it for competitive purposes.

10. WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES: MONEY MASTERY IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

MAXIMUM LIABILITY: OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

20. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE

BY USING MONEY MASTERY, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:
